Refund / Return policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the receipt of your item to cancel the contract without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered uniformly;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided you ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided you ordered goods that are delivered in multiple partial shipments or items;
- on the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the first item, provided that goods are delivered under an order for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period of time.

You can use the sample withdrawal form below, which is not mandatory. You can also fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website (https://leia-tatucu.com/pages/contact). If you use this option, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g., by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will bear the costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to unnecessary handling of the goods to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

Grounds for Exclusion or Expiration

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is significant or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
