Withdrawal

Had a change of heart? No problem. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.

This right of withdrawal applies to all standard products available in my shop, such as open or limited edition art prints. If you decide that the artwork is not the right fit for your space, you can initiate the withdrawal process using the form below.

However, please be aware that certain items are exempt from this right of withdrawal. In accordance with EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU), this exemption applies to goods made to the consumer's specifications or that are clearly personalized. Therefore, original, commissioned artworks created specifically for you cannot be returned. These unique pieces are a collaborative effort, and the final artwork is tailored to your individual vision, making them exempt from withdrawal once the commission is completed and delivered.

For all other eligible items, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, take possession of the goods. To exercise your right, please inform me of your decision by submitting the withdrawal form.
